Immigration Ministry revises visa fees, introduces payment via convertible foreign currencies

The Ministry of Nationality, Immigration and Gender Affairs (MNIG) this week announced the implementation of the reviewed fees for certain VISA categories. The ministry revealed in a press release that it had also started accepting payments via convertible foreign currency effective November 25. 

The revised fees are as follows:

Employment Visa

  • Gratis

Business Visa

  • P500.00 (US$50) single entry – for a period up to 3 months
  • P1000.00 (US$100) multiple entry – for a period up to 3 months
  • P1500.00 (US$150) multiple entry for a period up to 6 months to 1 year

Investment Visa

  • P1000.00 (US$100) multiple entry for a period up to 6 months
  • P2500.00 (US$250) multiple entry – for a period up to 5 years
  • Tourist VISA P300.00 (US$30) single entry for a period up to 1 month
  • P500.00 (US$50) multiple entry for a period up to 3 months.

Visitor’s Visa

  • P300.00 (US$30) single entry for a period up to 3 months
  • P500.00 (US$50) multiple entry for a period up to 3 months
  • P1500 (US$150) multiple entry for a period over 3 months up to 2 years for dependants of residents

Study Visa

  • Gratis

Transit Visa

  • P300.00 (US$30) single entry for up to 1 week
  • P500.00 (US$50) multiple entry for a period up to 3 months
  • P1500 (US$150) multiple entry for a period of up to 3 years for Tour Operators and Transporters
