BTC, represented by Tshepo Mongalo – Head of Digital Services and Lapologang Kenyafetse – Project Manager, competed and won in the Growth Challenge Catalyst category under the group name SmartHive-xG.
This was a collaboration with Sri Lanka Telecom, three vertical partners and three suppliers. SmartHive-xG presented on Creating & Unlocking Value Through CSP Ecosystems covering Revenue Growth Beyond Connectivity, Building an Ecosystem in a Smart City environment and Tools for Growth (Marketplaces, AI & Business Assurance).
The presentation also explored the best opportunities for (revenue and profit) growth within Communication Services Providers across different customer segments.
