Kavango Resources PLC said Monday that it has identified a cluster of three electromagnetic conductors at the northern section of its Kalahari Suture Zone project in Botswana.
The mining company said that the size and orientation of these conductors conform to an idealised model for the Talnakh and Kharaelakh massive sulphide nickel-copper-platinum group orebodies in Norilsk, Siberia.
Kavango has classified one of the conductors as a high-priority drill target, and the other two as priority drill targets. Electromagnetic conductors are bodies of highly conductive minerals such as graphite, magnetite and metal sulphides.
