Kavango Resources PLC said Friday that it is on course to intercept a major conductive mineral system at its Kalahari Suture Zone project in Botswana. The mining company published the results of its first downhole electromagnetic survey on the KSZDD002 hole, which returned higher conductance levels compared with the original modelled response derived from a surface survey.
“We now have the clearest indication yet that hole KSZDD002 is on course to intercept a major conductor. What that conductor is remains to be seen,” Chief Executive Ben Turney said.
