Can anyone explain how the ‘independent’ post box system (used to be Postnet) works? Do they have to be licensed by Botswana Post? If they fail to deliver, as at Kgale View, can their licence be removed? Who is the best contact at Botswana Post to complain to? I have tried and get nowhere.
