The article about development of 2020 so prophetic is coming! I have been working on the plan for 2 years. I left my government medical practitioner job to start Thamalakane Smart City which will cost about $500m, hotels, tourist hospital, restaurants, cinemas, casino, 18 hole Golf Course, energy centre, nightclubs, Theme Water Park, botanical garden on a 200 hectare plot. I agree a new Maun International Airport size of OR Tambo is a must development.
